Billete impreso en tonos azules y morados en el anverso y granate en el reverso. Todo enmarcado con orla de motivos florales. Símbolos de escritura japoneses. Número de serie impreso en negro. Billete que sirvió como moneda militar por los EE.UU. durante el final de la WWII. No son certificados monetario militares, sino que sirven para la proclamación militar. Tiene el valor de diez sen (moneda japonesa de cobre, que vale la centésima parte de un yen).
