Carta horizontal mecanografiada por ambas caras en tinta negra. Con cuño en margen superior izquierda del anverso en tinta morada, y anotación en a su lado manuscrita en tinta azul. Carta enviada por la Oficina del Registro Civil de Berlín al señor Emil Syrow, acerca de la defunción de su hijo, el militar Theophil Syrow, y en relación a un escrito anterior del 30 de abril de 1954. Trata s/ los problemas para inscribirle en el Libro de Familia con el nombre Theophil Emil. El Registrador indica que no tiene a su disposicion el Libro de Fallecimientos, y que ha solicitado una copia autántica a la Oficina del Registro Civil del Sector Soviético, donde se custodia dicho libro. En anotación manuscrita se indica "respuesta enviada con Cartilla Militar de Theophil Syrow".
