Díptico impreso en tinta negra en el interior. Con dos fotografías de pequeño tamaño en b/n, pegadas, y una de ellas enmarcada con orla floral. Fotografía adjunta de mayor tamaño que las anteriores, tb. en b/n enmarcada con orla blanca. Condecoración que le otorga el comandante general a Herbert Sterzik, militar del Tercer Reich, por su lucha en la batalla por la "libertad del Reich en la Gran Alemania". Fotografías muestran la tumba donde fue enterrado, con la cruz nazi y la esvástica del régimen, y el cementerio heroico donde se localizaban.
