Carta sobre hoja cuadriculada manuscrita en tinta negra desvaída por las dos caras. Carta escrita a mano desde el Frente del Este, por el cabo Emil Syrow a sus padres. Les agradece sus cartas y les cuenta cómo van las cosas por el frente en verano. En el reverso le pide a su madre hojas de afeitar, y a su padre el periódico semanal "El Reich"
