Cuartilla horizontal de tonos amarillentos impresa y manuscrita en negro y lápiz por una sola cara. Con cuño circular en tinta morada con águila imperial portando esvástica nazi. Certificado de adquisición y transporte de medios de pago de hasta 300 marcos del Reich para los territorios occidentales ocupados. Perteneciente a Juan Bautista Cabrera Pérez, el cual ha sido autorizado para adquirir dicho medio de pago, pudiendo llevárselo consigo al cruzar la frontera entre los territorios ocupados por tropas alemanas.
