Certificado de natación de Theophil Syrow, expedido por la oficina gimnástica de Barmen. Le otorgan la calificación de "nadador" tras haber superado la prueba de nado a braza durante 15 minutos. Firmado por el director de la escuela y el profesor de gimnasia. Cuño del instituto de enseñanza media de Barmen.
