Se trata de un informe escrito por William T. Rice donde hace un recorrido por Hawai y las bases militares que EE.UU. poseía en dicho país. Hace un pequeño análisis de la historia del lugar y se dedica a describir la fuerza naval americana situada en la bahía de Pearl Harbour, así como su destrucción en el ataque.
