Diploma en forma de díptico de gran tamaño impreso en tinta negra por una sola cara. Membrete impreso en tinta dorada. margen inferior izq. con símbolo nazi en relieve. Diploma que le entrega Adolf Hitler (autógrafo) a Willy Fester, tras haber sido ascendido a "cargo superior del Estado Mayor del servicio de trabajo del Reich". El Führer destaca además, que gozará de su protección prersonal y que espera que éste sea fiel a su juramento y su deber laboral, por el bien del pueblo alemán.
