Reverso con ilustración impresa en tinta negra y escudo soviético con la hoz y el martillo en margen inferior Salvoconducto propagandístico de 1942 redactado por el Ejército Rojo y dirigido a los soldados alemanes. Lleva como título "Noticias del frente" e incluye información sobre las derrotas alemanas en la "primavera de 1942" y declaraciones de los supervivientes. Anima a los soldados alemanes a entregarse al Ejército Rojo y terminar con la guerra.
