Sobre impreso en tinta negra por el anverso y en azul por el reverso. Con ilustración en azul y rojo en lateral izquierdo del anverso. Con dos cuños circular estampados en tinta negra y cuatro sellos, dos verdes, uno negro y uno azul. Sobre alemán franqueado y censurado en Innsbruck (Austria) el 10 abril 1938, el día de la votación por la anexión de Austria. En la izquierda del sobre se muestra un mapa rojo de Alemania, incluyendo Austria con una esvástica y el lema nazi: "ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer" y la palabra Volksabstimmung (elección popular), 10 abril 1938. Cuño con lema: "El 10.4.38 da el sí al Führer". Remitente: Karl Hinnig.
